`Bended` Forks

Di - Chan Thai Restaurant review - Matt

[TEST]

I think that was the worst Friday lunch experience I ever had. Even though the food was not bad, the service was extremely bad, even on European standards.
I'm sorry I forgot to take photos but the appetizer soup tasted really fishy (I didn't mind), the main dish was good. I thought the "thai dumplings" did not have much taste. Unfortunately I can't eat without a knife and since the waitress did not pay attention at all, I had to go ask for one.
Christina had the great idea to order fried banana in desert, unfortunately we had to wait a while and the result was quite disappointing.
After taking to the team, we were about to give it a 3 star rating on yelp (out of 5) but that's when the check came in and the waitress told us that she couldn't accept 6 credit cards to split the bill. Instead she wanted us to pay with 2 cards maximum. This is the first time that it happened to us and we asked to pay separately in cash but she got really upset saying it was not possible and we had to put everything on two cards. She was trying to tell us that there was a sign saying that and when we asked to see it she got upset, left, came back a few minutes and said she will take out cash exceptionally this time. (Don't worry, lady, we won't come back)

Personally, if the service was not that bad, I would have come back. My food was actually good, nothing extraordinary but good enough for me to come back.
So if you care about your business, make sure your service is at least as good as a fast food joint.
